2025 SUMMER WORKOUT PROGRAM
**REGISTRATION CLOSED - SESSIONS FULL**
This Summer Workout Program will consist of (1) Hour of On-Ice practice and (1) Hour of Off-Ice practice each week. There will be (8) sessions of each taking place in consecutive weeks.
Every Monday night we will have our (1) Hour On-Ice practice and every Thursday we will have our (1) hour Off-Ice sessions.
Off-Ice sessions will be attended by ALL participants.
